Grilled Pork Chops with Salsa Verde

Salsa Verde:
- 1 Tablespoons Parsley, Chopped 
- 1 Tablespoons Cilantro, Chopped 
- 1 ½ Tablespoons Basil, Chopped 
- 2 Cloves Garlic 
- 2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar 
- 2 Teaspoons Salt 
- ¼ Tsp Pepper 
- 1 Ea Lemon Zested 
- ¾ Cup Olive Oil - Combine Everything In Medium Mixing Bowl. 
Pork Chops:
- 2 pork chops 
- 1 Ea Lemon zested 
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil 
- 1 Clove Garlic, chopped - Instructions: - Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and pour over chops, make sure the chops are completely covered in marinade. Season with salt and pepper and place on hot grill cooking for about 3 minutes on each side or until cooked to 145 degrees F.
