help us transform lives

through regenerative organic agriculture, we can improve health, create a strong local economy, and grow a sustainable future.

our pillars

food security & equity

Everyone deserves healthy food. At Pocono Organics, we grow nutrient-dense, Regenerative Organic Certified™ (ROC™) crops, and create shelf-stable formats like microgreen powders to make healthy food accessible to all. 33% of the U.S. population lives within 300 miles of our farm, putting us in an ideal position to serve and support emerging supply chains with ROC® produce.

research, health, and education

Pocono Organics was born from our founder’s belief in food as medicine—a belief now backed by research and action. As a regional hub for Rodale Institute, we host scientists studying soil health and sustainable farming, while our “Clean Food, Dirty Hands” program has helped over 1,200 kids and families grow, cook, and eat healthier food together.

environmental stewardship

Located alongside Pocono Raceway, our farm partners with the track through the Farm2Track program—diverting raceway waste from landfills, turning it into compost, and using it to grow regenerative organic food served back to fans. Powered by solar energy and our own water system, the farm was built to protect natural resources and show what environmental stewardship looks like in action.

economic revitalization

We create good jobs from the ground up—training new regenerative farmers, including veterans, through our work with Rodale Institute. In a region hit hard by economic hardship, we grow year-round and pay above a living wage. At the same time, we strengthen the local food system with a steady supply of healthy, certified organic produce.

scalable solutions

As one of North America’s largest ROC® vegetable farms, we’re a living example of how regenerative organic agriculture can work at scale—building supply chains, educating families, and proving that soil-based farming can be both accessible and sustainable.
