WHO doesn’t know the Grinch or the nostalgic food inspired by the book?!? Pocono Organics chefs are whipping up some dishes for families to enjoy as they get into the holiday spirit. Gather for delights like WHO HASH, GREEN EGGS & HAM, & ROAST BEAST SANDWICH!
Watch out for the Grinch as he strolls through the cafe with mischievous comments & photo-ops for kids & families but you better be quick cause he’s a clever character!

Bring your little elves ages 4 -12 to Pocono Organics for a merry Gingerbread House Decorating Class & visit from Santa!
First our chef will share the magic behind building the perfect gingerbread house before kids dive in to create their own festive masterpiece — complete with icing & candy!
PLUS Santa Claus will be making a special appearance for you to take your own pictures 11a.m. - 2p.m.!
Limit of 1 adult per child. An adult must stay with their child for the duration of the classss
